I hope that statement is true because it's seems like every two days we have another winter storm and I am so tired of this un-welcomed  freezing winter.  I spend most of my off time dreaming of summer and shopping for winter clothes.  Which is how I ended up with this cute sweater dress. It's super warm plus it is currently on sale at Francesca's .
