If you use Instagram there is chance you have explored other photo editing app. I have downloaded and deleted many different Apps but these are my favorite ones to use. I typically use a combination of two different app for an Instagram post.
I wanted to share with my top five and if you not using at least one of them you should check them out. So instead of writing a lengthy description on why I love each filter, I decided to take a crappy picture and edited it one using different photo editing app and you can decide for yourself if the filter help enhance the images or not. I use snapseed a lot and sometimes VSCO cam. I'll have to check out the other ones!
