New Year. Better Me.

 I am not playing it safe anymore.   It’s scary to move to a new city where everything is different than what you are used to.  I  have been in LA for a couple of months and I love it  I have explored and interacted with some interesting people.

But if I have to be honest with you and myself I haven’t done 60% of what I can do in this city. It is easy to feel like you are floating in the middle of the ocean with so many waves you can take but not sure which is the wave is the right one.

So I am making a promise to myself and you reading this to take more risk. 

What is the point of moving my life across the country if am not going to take all chance?

 What is the point of moving my life across the country if am going am not going to experience everything life has to offer?

What the point of moving my life across the country if I am just going to keep doing what  I was doing before?

So the reason I moved to LA was to take a risk and challenge myself and grow as an individual. So that is what I will be doing exactly. I will not let fear control my action instead I will let that fear guide my action because in reality if are not changing you are not living life to fullest.

Life is filled with fear that we must conquer on daily some small such as sending that text to your crush or big one such as asking your boss for that promotion but if you never conquered you fear you might not be dating your crush and other people will get that promotion that you deserve.

   So for  2018 make a promise to yourself that you are going to live a changing life.  Not matter if it’s good or bad you are going to experience it. You are going to laugh so hard that you cry, you are going to cry because you had a hearbreak, that heartbreak will eventually fade to memory and life will go on. 

Life goes on so might as well enjoy it as much as you can because you already have  a ticket. Waking up everyday is your ticket to live life a little bit different than you lived the day before.
